GRIDSPACE is basically a venture startup providing Architecture design, interior design, construction and real estate consultancy services. We deliver our best services to our clients looking for their building designs, landscape, interior design and construction services. We cover designs of all types of buildings such as residential, institutional, commercial and mixed use. Not only this, our owner Ar. Abhishek Misra being MBA-real estate professional tends to provide latest updates about real estate market, trend, future scope in real estate investment through various articles and blogs. This helps to strengthen our relationship and build bonds lifetime. Real estate is tangible asset so investment in this type is different from stocks and how its investment would benefit and over how much time is best purpose to be known.
Thus, we also provide real estate valuation services through real estate financial models which could help our customers to get idea of their returns on real estate investment in particular area.

ARCHITECTURE PROJECTS
Number of projects has been completed but some major completed projects with description are below.
This was detached housing done upon 2 acre site. The design was of two types of duplex one stated on previous page while other is here and developer has used these designs for selling purpose. We had used contemporary architecture with modern elements such as square, rectangle boxing, wooden textures, coarse marble texture and modern paint finish.
Interior design of bedrooms, with modern false ceiling. The main wall decorated having TV cabinet unit with vinyl texture finish and use of wooden texture ply-boards. Interiors for same project of Ranchi Detached duplex housing is done.
False ceiling design with modern wooden texture and coves provided for enjoying bright and low lights in nights. With small room space false ceiling design was done to get best possible design in small space.
Interior design of retaining flat structure of one of our clients at Kanpur. As client wanted design at affordable price so we had provided our best to deliver interior services at affordable prices with use of wooden cupboards, dried tree wallpaper. Due to price factor false ceiling was not included.
